Delivery and Returns
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date of receipt.
All seals and wrapping must still be intact with no evidence of tampering.
Clothing must have labels attached.
We will not re-imburse any transactions done via third party sales at events or in shops. The agreement in this case will be between the vendor and purchaser at the place of purchase.
We recommend returns are sent via recorded delivery as Winter Hastings Limited cannot accept liability for any postal issues regarding returns.
If the above criteria are met we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Winter Hastings will not cover any postage costs for returns.
Please post any returns to: Winter Hastings Limited, PO Box 211, Morecambe, LA4 9AY (This address is solely used for return of garments. Please do not write to us at this address as letters will not reach the necessary recipient)
Winter Hastings aims to deliver items as quickly as possible to our customers. We aim to deliver orders within 5-10 working days of purchase however please allow up to 10-14 working days for your delivery.
Cancellation/Fraud Policy
In an effort to protect our customers, all orders placed at WinterHastings.com are screened and security checked for fraud. We advise you to include a valid telephone number and email address with your order so we can contact you if we need you to confirm its authenticity.
We reserve the right to refuse any orders from a customer where the following situations are applicable:
• Incorrect credit/debit card number, expiration date or security code.
• Incorrect billing information (billing information you provide is different from information your credit card company/ bank has on record).
• Insufficient/incorrect shipping address (street, town/city, county or postal code).
• Fraudulent information.
Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the WinterHastings.com web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.(
Errors and inaccuracies
The information of the WinterHastings.com web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled we shall issue a payment to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Limitation of Liability
Winter Hastings Limited shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Winter Hastings Limited has been advised of the possibility of damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Payment
We accept payment from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, and Delta. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. For Maestro/Switch & Mastercard payments you will be asked to enter your internet banking password used for Mastercard Securecode.
Unfortunately without a password, we will not be able to authorise your card, and your order will be incomplete. |
